This is why I have created these amazing Yoga and Hiking Retreats, in France, Spain and Portugal. Supporting other women in an nourishing and supportive natural environment.

Yoga Teacher Training

Is it your life's journey to teach? Do want to share the amazing benefits of the sacred practice of yoga with others? You don't have to be super flexible or injury free to teach Yoga, but you do need to commit to the practice and teach from your heart. We offer 200hrs, 300hrs and 6 months online training. All certified and registered with World Yoga Alliance.
